This Privacy Policy applies to the processing of personal information by PointOne (“PointOne,” “we,” “us” or “our”) that is connected via our website available at (the “Site”).


DISCLOSURE REGARDING CUSTOMER DATA. This Privacy Policy does not apply to the personal information that we process on behalf of our customers pursuant to a written agreement we have entered into with such customers (“Customer Data”). Our customers’ respective privacy ­policies govern their collection and use of Customer Data. Our processing of Customer Data is governed by the contracts that we have in place with our customers, not this Privacy Policy. Any questions or requests relating to Customer Data should be directed to our customer.




We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time in our sole discretion. If we do, we will let you know by posting the updated Privacy Policy on our website, and/or we may also send other communications.




We collect personal information that you provide to us, personal information we collect automatically when you use the Site, and personal information from third-party sources, as described below.


A.   Personal Information You Provide to Us Directly.


We may collect personal information that you provide to us.


  • Account Information. We may collect personal information in connection with the creation or administration of your account, if you have one. This personal information may include, but is not limited to, your name, email address, phone number, and other information you store with your account.

  • Your Communications with Us. We, and our service providers, may collect the information you communicate to us, such as through email or a web chat tool. 

  • Surveys. We may contact you to participate in surveys. If you decide to participate, we may collect personal information from you in connection with the survey.

  • Sweepstakes or Contests. We may collect personal information you provide for any sweepstakes or contests that we offer. In some jurisdictions, we are required to publicly share information of sweepstakes and contest winners.

  • Conferences, Trade Shows, and Other Events. We may collect personal information from individuals when we attend or host conferences, trade shows, and other events.

  • Business Development and Strategic Partnerships. We may collect personal information from individuals and third parties to assess and pursue potential business opportunities.

  • Device Information.     • Cookies. Cookies are small text files stored in device browsers.

    • Pixel Tags/Web Beacons. A pixel tag (also known as a web beacon) is a piece of code embedded in the Site that collects personal information about use of or engagement with the Site. The use of a pixel tag allows us to record, for example, that a user has visited a particular web page or clicked on a particular advertisement. We may also include web beacons in e-mails to understand whether messages have been opened, acted on, or forwarded.

A.   Provide the Site.


We use personal information to fulfill our contract with you and provide the Site, such as:

  • Providing access to certain areas, functionalities, and features of the Site;

E.    Automated Decision Making.


We may engage in automated decision making, including profiling. PointOne’s processing of your personal information will not result in a decision based solely on automated processing that has a legal or other similarly significant effect on you unless such a decision is necessary as part of a contract we have with you, we have your consent, or we are permitted by law to engage in such automated decision making.

We are committed to protecting the privacy and security of sensitive personal information. Sensitive personal information refers to the various categories of personal data identified by privacy laws as requiring special treatment, including information about health, racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious beliefs, trade union membership, genetic and biometric data, or sexual orientation.

To safeguard sensitive data, we implement the following data protection mechanisms:

  • Encryption. Sensitive information stored on our servers is encrypted using advanced encryption techniques to ensure that data is protected against unauthorized access.

  • Access Control. Access to sensitive data is strictly restricted to authorized personnel who have a legitimate business need to access the information. We enforce robust access controls and regularly review access permissions.

  • Data Minimization. We only collect and process sensitive data when it is absolutely necessary for the specific purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy and delete or anonymize this information when it is no longer needed.

A.   Disclosures to Provide the Site.

    Once your personal information is shared with our business partner, it will also be subject to our business partner’s privacy policy. We are not responsible for the processing of personal information by our business partners.

  • Advertising Partners. We may share your personal information with third-party advertising partners. These third-party advertising partners may set Technologies and other tracking tools on our Site to collect information regarding your activities and your device (e.g., your IP address, cookie identifiers, page(s) visited, location, time of day). B.    Disclosures to Protect Us or Others.

C.    Disclosure in the Event of Merger, Sale, or Other Asset Transfers.


If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, receivership, purchase or sale of assets, transition of service to another provider, or other similar corporate transaction, your personal information may be disclosed, sold, or transferred as part of such a transaction.


We acknowledge the importance of responsible data retention and the deletion of user data, particularly data collected through Google services. Our policy regarding the retention and deletion of Google user data is as follows:

  • Data Retention. We retain Google user data only for as long as is necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. The specific retention period for different types of Google user data depends on the nature of the data and our legal obligations. Once the retention period expires, data is securely deleted or anonymized.

  • Data Deletion. Users have the right to request the deletion of their data at any time. Upon request, PointOne will delete the user's Google data from our servers in a timely manner, in accordance with applicable legal requirements. This includes all copies of the data, unless retention of the data is required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

  • Automated Deletion. We have implemented automated processes to ensure the timely deletion of Google user data that is no longer needed for the provision of our services or has reached the end of its retention period.

Your Privacy Choices. The privacy choices you may have about your personal information are described below.


  • Email Communications. If you receive an unwanted email from us, you can use the unsubscribe functionality found at the bottom of the email to opt out of receiving future emails. Note that you will continue to receive transaction-related emails. We may also send you certain non-promotional communications regarding us and the Site, and you will not be able to opt out of those communications (e.g., communications regarding the Site or updates to this Privacy Policy).

  • “Do Not Track.” Do Not Track (“DNT”) is a privacy preference that users can set in certain web browsers. Please note that we do not respond to or honor DNT signals or similar mechanisms transmitted by web browsers.

  • Cookies. You may stop or restrict the placement of Technologies on your device or remove them by adjusting your preferences as your browser or device permits. However, if you adjust your preferences, the Site may not work properly.

    Please note that cookie-based opt-outs are not effective on mobile applications. However, you may opt-out of certain tracking on some mobile applications by following the instructions for Android, iOS, and others.

We do not endorse, screen, or approve, and are not responsible for, the privacy practices or content of such other websites or applications.
